Case and order management
Each case begins as a work order. Dentists use a dedicated portal and FDI chart to select teeth, restoration, material, due date, notes and files. The laboratory reviews the same record, applies pricing from the catalog or dentist-specific rates, and keeps attachments, status history and internal notes on that order through production.
Production workflow, stations and technicians
A dental laboratory workflow is the sequence of stations a restoration actually follows—review, design, milling, finishing, QC or whatever the lab defines.
